CARTA DE SOLIDARIDAD CON EL PUEBLO DE GAZA
Hace ya varios días que, el ejército israelí ha intensificado los bombardeos e incursiones en el territorio palestino de Gaza, causando la muerte de varios civiles palestinos, entre ellos niñas y niños.
La Marcha Mundial de las Mujeres condena los asesinatos dichos selectivos y los ataques contra la población sitiada de Gaza.
La Marcha Mundial de las Mujeres hace un llamamiento a la comunidad internacional a que ejerza presión para que esta ola de violencia criminal cese, y para que Israel levante de inmediato el bloqueo a la Franja de Gaza
Un nuevo paso fue tomado por el gobierno israelí asesinando Jabbari Ahmad, jefe del ala militar de Hamas.
Hoy, el Estado de Israel ha anunciado oficialmente y re empieza sus operaciones militares en contra Gaza, causando una vez más muertes y destrucción por bombardeos a la población de Gaza, sometida a un bloqueo ilegal e inhumano desde 2007. Esto lleva réplicas que también afectan a los civiles israelíes.
Deploramos todas las muertes de civiles, pero creemos que el Estado de Israel es responsable al romper el cese al fuego y empezar la agresión.
Nadie ha olvidado las masacres perpetradas por el ejército israelí durante la ofensiva "Plomo Fundido" de 2008-2009, que causó la muerte de casi 1.500 palestinas y palestinos, mientras las mismas excusas fueron presentadas por el gobierno israelí para justificar este ataque asesino. Era, como hoy, la víspera de las elecciones en Israel.
Y como en 2008, los ataques del ejército israelí continúan hoy en día a pesar de un alto el fuego logrado con la mediación egipcia, y respetado por los palestinos hasta el asesinato del dirigente de Hamas.
Benyamin Netanyahu, quien ha anunciado la alianza de su partido con el líder de la extrema derecha Avigdor Lieberman, se utiliza de este ataque contra la Franja de Gaza con objetivos electorales.
Su gobierno también está trabajando metódicamente para torpedear la demanda palestina ante la ONU. Él afirmó que su voluntad de derrocar a la Autoridad Palestina, mismo liquidar su dirección, si Palestina se convierta en miembro de la ONU. Preservar las posibilidades de paz, necesita que la comunidad internacional ponga fin a la impunidad de Israel. Esto pasa por sanciones y no por premios a la ocupación como hacen regularmente la Unión Europea, los EE.UU. y sus aliados.
Seguimos trabajando nuestra solidaridad durante el Foro Social de Palestina Libre, que tendrá lugar en Porto Alegre entre el 28 de noviembre y 1 de diciembre, y en el 10 de diciembre durante nuestras 24 horas de acción feminista.

LETTER OF SOLIDARITY WITH THE PEOPLE OF GAZA
For several days, the Israeli army has intensified bombings and incursions into the Palestinian territory of the Gaza strip, causing the death of several Palestinian civilians, including children.
The World March of Women condemns the targeted killings and attacks against the besieged population of Gaza.
The World March of Women calls on the international community to press for the cessation of this wave of deadly violence, and for the immediate lifting of the Israeli blockade of the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli government moved one step further by murdering Ahmad Jabbari, the head of the armed wing of Hamas.
Today, the Israeli state has officially announced and resumed its military operations against Gaza, afflicting the people of Gaza, subject to an illegal and inhumane blockade since 2007, with new bombings, deaths and destruction. This leads to retaliations also affecting Israeli civilians.
We deplore all civilian casualties, but we consider that, by breaking the ceasefire and starting hostilities, the State of Israel bears responsibility.
No one has forgotten the massacres perpetrated by the same Israeli army during the operation "Cast Lead" in 2008-2009, resulting in the death of nearly 1,500 Palestinians and that the same excuses were put forward by the Israeli government to justify this murderous attack. It was, as today, the eve of elections in Israel. And as in 2008, the attacks of the Israeli army carry on today despite a cease-fire agreement achieved through Egyptian mediation, and respected by the Palestinians until the assassination of the head of Hamas.
Binyamin Netanyahu, who has announced his party’s alliance with Avigdor Lieberman’s, the leader of the far-right, is clearly using this attack against the Gaza Strip for electoral purposes.
Also, this government has systematically worked towards wrecking the Palestinian initiative at the UN. It asserts clearly and unequivocally its desire to overthrow the Palestinian Authority and even to wipe out its leadership if Palestine becomes a UN member.
Preserving the chances of peace goes hand in hand with the international community bringing Israel’s impunity to an end. This involves sanctions and not occupation premiums, as done by the European Union and the USA and its allies.
We are pursuing our work towards solidarity during the Social Forum Free Palestine, which will take place in Porto Alegre from November 28 to December 1, and on December 10 during our 24 hours of feminist action.

Depuis plusieurs jours, l’armée israélienne a intensifié bombardements et incursions sur le territoire palestinien de la bande de Gaza, causant la mort de plusieurs civils Palestiniens, dont des enfants.
La Marche mondiale des femmes condamne les assassinats dits ciblés et les attaques contre la population assiégée de Gaza.
La Marche mondiale des femmes appelle la communauté internationale à faire pression afin que ce déferlement de violence meurtrière cesse, qu’Israël lève immédiatement le blocus de la bande de Gaza
Une nouvelle étape a été franchie par le gouvernement israélien en assassinant Ahmad Jabbari, chef de la branche militaire du Hamas.
Aujourd’hui, l’Etat d’Israël a officiellement annoncé et repris ses opérations militaires contre Gaza, infligeant à nouveau bombardements morts et destructions à la population gazaouie, soumise à un blocus illégal et inhumain depuis 2007. Ceci entraîne des répliques qui touchent aussi des civils israéliens.
Nous déplorons toutes les victimes civiles, mais nous considérons que l’ Etat d’ Israël en rompant le cessez le feu et déclenchant l’agression en porte la responsabilité.

C’était, comme aujourd’hui, la veille d’une échéance électorale en Israël. Et comme en 2008, les attaques de l’armée israélienne se poursuivent aujourd’hui malgré un accord de cessez-le-feu obtenu grâce à la médiation égyptienne, et respecté par les Palestiniens jusqu’à l’assassinat du responsable du Hamas.

Ce gouvernement œuvre aussi méthodiquement à torpiller la démarche palestinienne à l’ONU. Il clame haut et fort sa volonté de renverser l’autorité palestinienne, voire de liquider sa direction si la Palestine devient membre de l’ONU.
Préserver les chances de la paix, suppose de la part de la communauté internationale de mettre fin à l’impunité d’Israël. Ceci passe par des sanctions et non par des primes à l’occupation comme le fait régulièrement l’Union européenne et les USA et ses alliers. Nous continuons à travailler notre solidarité pendant le Forum Social Palestine Libre qui aura lieu à Porto Alegre entre le 28 Novembre et le 1er Décembre et le 10 Décembre pendant nos 24 heures d’action féministe.
